place packages of frozen broccoli in microwave safe dish and microwave on high power 5-6 min. until defrosted. drain. set aside. combine crackers and melted butter. place 1/2 of the crackers in the bottom of a 10 oz quiche dish or pie plate. combine broccoli with remaining ingredients. mix well and pour over the prepared cracker base. top with remaining crackers. microwave on med.
