Ingredients for Broccoli Bake 2 Recipe
1-1/3 c Instant rice
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 cn Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cn Water; boiling
1/2 c Butter or margarine
8 oz Cheese whiz
1 Head broccoli -or-
1 pk Frozen broccoli; thawed
Broccoli Bake 2 Preparation
Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 8X8 baking pan. Bake for 1 hr at 350 ears corn on the c—– stirring occasionally. If it looks to runny, add 5 minutes at a time until desired consistency! NOTES : The original calls for twice as much butter but I have found that it is too much. Double recipe for 9X13 pan!
