Ingredients for Breast of Chicken Fiesta Recipe

1 c Cheddar cheese cracker
-crumbs
2 tb Taco seasoning mix
8 Chicken breast halves;
-skinned and boned
4 Green onions; chopped
2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
2 c Whipping cream
4 oz Monterey Hack cheese;
-shredded
4 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cn (4-oz) chopped green chiles;
-drained
1/2 ts Chicken-flavored bouillon
-granules

Breast of Chicken Fiesta Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and seasoning mix, stirring well. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture, and place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sauce green onions in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
