Ingredients for Boiled Custard #2 Recipe

1 qt Milk
2 Egg yolks; beaten
2 tb All-purpose flour
2/3 c Sugar
1 tb Butter or margarine
2 Egg whites; stiffly beaten
1 ts Vanilla

Boiled Custard #2 Preparation

Mix beaten egg yolks with sugar, flour & small amount of milk. Add rest of milk & cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring almost to a boil. Cool. Add butter, vanilla & beaten egg whites.
