1 Pork roast
1 cn Whole tomatoes
1 tb Caraway seeds
Salt and coarse pepper
Paprika; half-hot if you can
-get it or use a sprinkle of
-cayenne pepper
Bohemian Pot Roast Preparation
Put the roast on a rack in a baking pan. Open the can of tomatoes and dump them over the roast mashing the tomatoes onto the meat. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
