1-1/2 c Half and half
6 oz Bleu cheese
1 ds Garlic salt
1 ds Pepper

Bleu Cheese Cream Dressing Preparation

Blend all ingredients with electric mixer until thick; let stand for at least 1 hour before serving. Will keep three to four weeks in refrigerator.
