Ingredients for Black Bean and Rice Burritos Recipe
1 c Rice brown uncooked
15 oz Black beans canned
12 Tortilla flour, 6 dia.
1 tb Garlic clove minced
1 md Tomato raw
1/2 c Onion chopped
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 c Salsa
Black Bean and Rice Burritos Preparation
Cook rice and set aside. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place in a 200 deg oven to warm. Put all the other ingredients with the exception of salsa in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften. Stir in the warm rice and salsa. Spread on tortilla and roll to make burrito.
