1 oz Cajun seasoning
1 oz Olive oil
Bimini Offshore Treasures Preparation
Combine the oilve oil and cajun seasoning. Place snapper fillet in mixture and allow fish to marinate for 20 minutes. Cook fish on stove top. Serve with Bacardi Cream Sauce.
