Ingredients for Beer Bread 1 Pound Recipe

1/4 c Water
2/3 c Beer
4 ts Oil
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
2 c Bread Flour
1-1/2 ts Active dry yeast

Beer Bread 1 Pound Preparation

Place all liquid ingredients into bread machine pan. Add Flour then the rest of the dry ingredients. Set Machine for Dough. When machine beeps, Remove dough from machine. Place into buttered loaf pan and let rise for 2 hours. Bake in a preheated oven on 350 until lightly browned.
