1-1/2 lb Ground beef
3 sl Bacon; diced
1 sm Onion; diced
2 tb Flour
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Salt
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
2 tb Dry red wine
1 c Sour cream
6 -(up to)
8 Buns; toasted & buttered

In crock pot, mix together drained beef, bacon, onion, flour, paprika and salt. Stir in undiluted soup and wine. Cover pot and cook on Low for 4-5 hours. Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture over toasted buns. NOTES : May cook ground beef and bacon ahead of time. Can be done in large quantities and frozen.
