Ingredients for Beef Sandwiches Stroganoff Recipe
1 cn (4 oz) mushroom stems &
-pieces, drained
1-1/2 c Leftover beef gravy -or-
1 Jar (18 oz) prepared beef
-gravy
1/2 c Sour cream
8 Thin slices roast beef
4 sl Bread
Beef Sandwiches Stroganoff Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, stir mushrooms and gravy until hot. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Add roast beef slices and cook until heated through.
