Ingredients for Beahm s Ozark Pudding Recipe

1 Egg
1 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1-1/4 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped pecans
2 Chopped Granny Smith apples
1 ts Vanilla
1 sm Can crushed pineapples*;
-(optional)

Beahm s Ozark Pudding Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, then stir into the egg-sugar mixture. Add apples, nuts, and vanilla and pineapple if preferred. Bake in buttered pie pan in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
