1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Large onion, diced
2 Cloves garlic, pressed or
Diced fine
1 Juice of one lemon
1 Grated peel of one lemon
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce
1 tb Salt
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 ds Sage

Bbq Sauce – Texas Style Preparation
