					<description><![CDATA[try and avoid foil, as I think that it doesnt do the trout justice, wrap the trout in grease proof paper and then a few layers of newspaper, soak for 1 min and cook as above the taste is better and better for the environment, you can then either recycle the paper, or burn it post BBQ...another suggestion is to soak crush garlic (2 Cloves) or lemons in water over night and soak the paper in this, it adds just a little bit extra and infuses the fish with a little complimentary flavour...]]></description>
