Ingredients for Barbecued-Pork Sandwiches, Lhj Recipe
1-1/2 lb Boneless pork roast
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 Jar barbecue sauce; (18 or
-19 oz.)
4 Soft hamburger rolls
Coleslaw; (optional)
Barbecued-Pork Sandwiches, Lhj Preparation
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 minutes per side. 2. Add barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1 1/2 hours until pork is fork-tender. 3. Transfer pork to cutting board. Slice into thin pieces. Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Place rolls on serving plates. Divide pork mixture and spoon into each roll..
