2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Honey
2 tb Plum jam (I used strawberry
-and gooseberry and it still

1 tb White wine vinegar
1 ts Worcester sauce
1 ts Mustard powder
2 tb Tomato ketchup
Some lemon juice
