Ingredients for Bara Brith Recipe

1 lb Plain flour.
A pinch of salt
4 oz Granulated sugar
4 oz Currants
4 oz Sultanas
4 oz Large raisins; stoned
4 oz Lard
A little chopped candied
-peel
1/2 oz Baker s yeast
1 Egg

Bara Brith Preparation
