Ingredients for Banana-Strawberry Shake Recipe
1 c Ice cubes
1/2 c Skim milk
1/2 Very ripe banana
1/2 c Whole strawberries
3 tb Instant nonfat dry milk
Few drops vanilla extract
Banana-Strawberry Shake Preparation
In blender, mix together ice cubes, skim milk, banana, strawberries, nonfat dry milk and extract. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed and mixture is slushy and serve immediately.
