Ingredients for Banana Nut Bread 2 Recipe

3/4 c Butter
1-1/2 c Sugar
1-1/2 c Mashed Bananas
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla Extract
2 c All-Purpose Flour
1 ts Baking Soda
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Buttermilk
3/4 c Nuts, chopped

Banana Nut Bread 2 Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar. Add banana, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
