Ingredients for Bakewell Tart Recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
4 tb Butter
1/3 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 c Cake crumbs
1/2 c Ground almonds
1/4 ts Almond extract
1 ts Milk
1 tb Raspberry jam

Bakewell Tart Preparation

Cream butter & sugar; add egg & beat well. Add cake crumbs, almonds, extract & milk; mix thoroughly. Spread jam over pie crust & fill with mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. MRS K.R.
