Ingredients for Baked Steak Recipe

1 lg Round steak, cut in serving
-sizes
2 Jars beef gravy, or make
-your own
1/4 c Green pepper, cut up
A sprinkle of dried onion

Baked Steak Preparation

Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening. Put browned steak in a roaster. Cover with gravy. Add onion and green pepper sprinkled on top. Cover roaster with lid.
