2 Bunches shallots
12 sl Slices bacon

Baked Doves in Sherry Preparation

Salt and pepper doves; dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil. Place 3-4 shallots in chest cavity; wrap doves with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
