3 oz Bailey s Irish Cream
3 oz Milk
1-1/2 oz Chocolate or vanilla syrup
6 oz Bottle seltzer water or club

Bailey s New York Egg Cream Preparation
In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey’s, milk, and syrup until well blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy head. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
