Ingredients for Bailey s – # 2 Recipe

3 Eggs
15 oz Canned milk or Eagle Brand
1 c Whipping cream
1/2 ts Coconut extract
3 tb Chocolate syrup
13 oz Scotch whisky

Bailey s – # 2 Preparation

Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Let stand overnight [refrigerated]. Bottle the next day. No waiting time. From Bobbi Zee. Canned milk is simply evaporated milk; Eagle brand is very much sweetened – different products. This calls for Scotch whisky, not Irish whiskey.
