1 c Whipping cream
3-3/4 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt

Austrian Cream Cookies Preparation
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually; blend in cream. Mix flour, powder & salt: stir in. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Roll dough to 1/4 thick on lightly floured board. Cut into 2 squares. With knife, make two 1/2 indentations on each side of each square. Place on lightly greased sheet. Bake 10-13 minutes. Cool. Frost. File
