Ingredients for Apple Sorbet Recipe

3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Water
3 lg Granny Smith Apples; peeled
– cored and pureed
1/4 c Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tb Applejack
pn Cinnamon
pn Nutmeg

Apple Sorbet Preparation

Combine sugar and water in saucepan over med. high heat and stir til sugar is dissolved. Just before syrup comes to boil, remove from heat. Cool and chill.
