Ingredients for Apple Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe
4 c Bread cubes
2 c Hot water or skim milk
2/3 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Raisins
2 Apples; thinly sliced
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 lg Egg whites
Apple Raisin Bread Pudding Preparation
Combine bread cubes, raisins, and apples in large bowl. Add water or milk and sugar. Mix thoroughly and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes. Add beaten egg whites (just til foamy), cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart sprayed casserole.
