Ingredients for Apple Meatloaf 2 Recipe
2-1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1-1/2 c Herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 c Finely chopped apples
3 Eggs
2 ts Salt
2 tb Prepared mustard
2 tb Horseradish
1 Onion; finely chopped
3/4 c Ketchup
Apple Meatloaf 2 Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Pack into a large loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
