Ingredients for Apple Fantasy Dessert Recipe
2/3 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
4 Egg whites
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
3 ts Vanilla
3 c Apples, cut fairly small,
Skins on is fine.
Apple Fantasy Dessert Preparation
Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Dump in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Bake in a deep baking dish, 45 minutes at 350. Serve with custard.
