Ingredients for Apple Date Torte Recipe
4 c Apples; unpared/diced
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 Egg
1 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Nuts
1/2 c Dates; cut up
Whipped cream; whipped
-topping, OR ice cream
Apple Date Torte Preparation
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream in order given. Stir but do not beat. Pour into greased 8 square pan. BAke at 400 F. for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, topping or ice cream.
