4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
2 c Sugar
1 c Vegetable Oil
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped Nuts
2 ts Baking Soda
2 ts Cinnamon
4 x Eggs, beaten
1/4 c Sour Cream
2 c Chopped Apples

Apple Bread 2 Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside. Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla, beating well. Blend into flour mixture.
