Ingredients for Amaretto Parfait Dessert Recipe
1 c Fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 c Fat-free cream cheese
1/4 c Fat-free plain yogurt
1 tb Orange zest
2 c Strawberries; sliced
–or raspberries
2 tb Amaretto liqueur
Amaretto Parfait Dessert Preparation
Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Stir in orange zest. Divide berries among 6 parfait or wine glasses.
