Ingredients for Alligator Meatballs Recipe

1 lb Alligator meat; chop
1 Egg
1 tb Onion; chop fine
2 tb Celery; chop fine
1 tb Parsley; chop fine
2 tb Shallots; chop fine
2 ts Lemon pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Bread crumbs
Flour to dredge
1 c Cooking oil

Alligator Meatballs Preparation
