Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Salad Recipe

1 c Apples;chopped
1 c Bananas;sliced
8 oz Pineapple chunks;unsweetened
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Celery;chopped
1/3 c Mayo;reduced calories
1 tb Lemon juice
16 Lettuce leaves;optional

Mixed Fruit Salad Preparation

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired. Yield : 16 – 1/4 cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1 Fruit.
