Ingredients for Cuban Black Bean Dip Recipe

1 c Dried black beans; (or
-16 oz. can of black beans)
2 tb Chopped red onion
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Fresh orange juice
1 md Clove of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak the beans in water overnight; drain, and cook in 4 cups of water for about 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Drain again.
